How can I pay for my voucher?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure eWAY payment gateway. You can also pay via Bank Transfer.

How do I pay by Bank Transfer?

When you are at Step 4 in the check out process select the 'Bank Transfer' button and then select continue.  Then click confirm your order.  You will receive a confirmation email from 'Away to Go' with the details of your order and the bank details of where to transfer payment.  When making the bank transfer please use 'ATG' followed by your Order ID.  Failure to do this could result in a delay in receiving your voucher.  Please note that vouchers will not be released until payment has been received.  Please allow up to 3 working days for AwaytoGo to release the voucher.  You will receive a confirmation email when your voucher is ready to download.

How do I receive my voucher?

If you have paid by credit card using our secure eWAY payment gateway, you can download your voucher immediately after payment by clicking ‘download your voucher’ in the confirmation email.  If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer, your voucher will be released once payment has been received and you will receive an email notification that your voucher is ready for download.  Please allow 3 working days for release of the voucher. 

Do Gift Vouchers expire?

Yes, each gift voucher is valid for a set period of time.  This is displayed prior to purchase and is printed on the voucher.

Can I extend my voucher?

The validity of your voucher is stated at the time of purchase in the 'validity' field and it will be printed on your voucher.  Regretfully in most cases it is not possible to arrange for a voucher to be extended beyond it's original expiry date, however please get in touch with our team to discuss your situation and we'll do our best to help you out.

Is there a fee for paying by credit card?

Yes, we charge a 2% fee if you are paying by credit card.

What is your SLA?

We aim to resolve customer issues within 3 to 5 business days.

Vouchers delivery

By Email: There is no delivery charge for vouchers sent to your email address. Emailed vouchers are created automatically and sent out as a PDF immediately after the purchase is made. If you do not receive the voucher within 10 minutes it has possibly been blocked by your mail filter. To have it resent please contact us during work hours on

By Post: Postal deliveries are charged at a flat fee of $2.50 for all addresses across New Zealand. Please allow upto 5 working days for your voucher to arrive. In case of delay, please contact us during work hours on the aformentioned phone number or email.
